Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is defective upon delivery.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The color-changing effect is significantly different from the product description and demonstration shown on our website.
- The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Normal variation in color-changing behavior due to temperature, lighting, weather, or screen differences
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
For approved defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by LumenStore.
